Parking

Street parking is available on Riverside Avenue. There's also a public car park two blocks away on Edward Street. Parking is metered during business hours.

Public Transport

We're a 5-minute walk from Central Station. Multiple bus routes stop at Riverside Plaza, which is right across from our location.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, all services require advance booking. We don't accept walk-ins to ensure each pet gets proper attention and preparation.

Can I tour the facility before booking?

Absolutely. Email us to schedule a quick walkthrough. We prefer to do tours when we're less busy so we can answer your questions properly.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We'll find another time that works for you.

Do you work with exotic pets?

Our expertise is primarily dogs and cats. For birds, reptiles, or other exotic animals, we can recommend specialists who focus on those species.
