Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety:
- We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions that manifest during service
- We are not responsible for behavioral issues that were not disclosed
- We are not liable for injuries that occur despite reasonable precautions, especially in activities involving multiple animals
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
Emergency Situations
In the event of a medical emergency:
- We will attempt to contact you immediately
- If we cannot reach you, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest appropriate facility
- You are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred
